Biography

Keith Anton is an Associate in the firm's Miami office, concentrating his practice in commercial litigation, employment litigation, business law, condominium and homeowner's association law, and advising clients in corporate and transactional matters. He also advises clients on corporate and transactional issues, including the drafting and negotiation of operating agreements, stock purchase agreements, and employment contracts.

Mr. Anton has managed a broad portfolio of litigation involving shareholder disputes, receiverships, and real estate matters. He also counsels businesses of all sizes, ranging from startups to multinational companies, on compliance, risk management, and international contract negotiations, including data privacy considerations.

Keith earned his J.D. from Florida International University College of Law, where he served as an Editor of the FIU Law Review, was a member of the Board of Appellate Advocates, and was regularly recognized on the Dean's List.
