Keith J. Gentes

Keith J. Gentes is a trial attorney who focuses his practice on representing victims of personal injury in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Gentes is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. Certified Civil Trial Attorney is a designation granted by the New Jersey Supreme Court to attorneys, approximately 2% throughout the State of New Jersey, who are able to demonstrate sufficient levels of experience, education, knowledge, and skill in civil trial practice. The Supreme Court, through its Board on Attorney Certification, designates only those lawyers who apply for certification and who are able to meet the standards set by the Board and approved by the Court.

Mr. Gentes joined Malamut & Associates, LLC in January of 2013. Mr. Gentes brought to the firm his vast courtroom experience. Mr. Gentes handles civil litigation matters from intake to trial and he has experience arguing before the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Mr. Gentes received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law – Camden. While attending Rutgers School of Law – Camden, Mr. Gentes participated in the James R. Hunter Advanced Moot Court Competition and earned the award of Top 10 Brief. He earned his B.A., in Political Science from Rutgers University.

Mr. Gentes is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Gentes is a member of the American Association for Justice, the New Jersey Association for Justice, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Association. Mr. Gentes and his wife currently reside in Voorhees, New Jersey.
