Keith John Swedo

Keith Swedo is of counsel to Bose McKinney & Evans and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Group. He concentrates his practice in intellectual property – including patent, trademark and copyright law – and has been a frequent lecturer in those areas. He is a registered patent attorney before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Keith has significant experience in:

Drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the electrical and mechanical arts;

Providing patentability, validity and infringement opinions;

Drafting and prosecuting trademark applications;

Providing trademark opinions;

Offering patent and trademark litigation support;

Providing copyright registration and enforcement;

Conducting trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings; and

Drafting and negotiating licensing agreements.

Prior to and while attending law school, Keith was an electrical engineer in the advanced development group of Delphi Automotive Corp.
