Biography

A co-founder of Lewis Babcock, Keith Babcock is widely regarded as a national thought leader on the topic of eminent domain. He's the only South Carolina attorney to hold membership in Owner's Counsel of America, a national organization of eminent domain lawyers who represent private land owners. In addition to eminent domain, his practice includes business disputes and professional negligence.
