Keith Nelson Biebelberg

Keith N. Biebelberg is the co-founder of Biebelberg & Martin and a graduate of Rutgers Law School. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. Mr. Biebelberg's practice is devoted to trial work: business litigation, estate disputes, white-collar criminal defense, and divorce litigation. Mr. Biebelberg has also presented appellate matters to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Although Mr. Biebelberg's practice is primarily within New Jersey, he has been admitted pro hac vice to handle cases in Nevada, Washington, DC., New York, Arizona and Ohio. Mr. Biebelberg litigates extensively in the state and federal courts and has been given the highest rating (A V) for competence and ethics in the national directory published by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Biebelberg served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Golda Och Academy in West Orange, New Jersey from June 2020 to June 2022.
