Kelley A. Joseph, Esq. and the Law Offices of Kelley A. Joseph, P.A. is dedicated to providing sensible and effective representation to family law clients.

Law Offices of Kelley A. Joseph P.A was founded in 2011 after Ms. Joseph left her prior firm, where she was an equity partner, in March 2011, after eighteen years. Ms. Joseph has been practicing family law for over 20 years in Florida.

In 2015 and 2016, Ms. Joseph was named in the "Top 100 Attorneys" by "The National Advocate" two years in a row, named "10 Best" in Florida for Client Satisfaction by American Institute of Family Law Attorneys, 2016; and rated 10.0 out of 10.0 "Superb" in child custody, family law and divorce by AVVO.

Ms. Joseph is a member of the Florida Bar, Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, Federal Southern and Middle District of Florida, Federal Bars, is a Supreme Court Certified Guardian Ad Litem in Family Court, and was recognized by Martindale Hubbell for Twenty Years Serving the Public as an Attorney, and is a fundraiser for Autism Speaks.

Ms. Joseph is passionate about working with families with children on the spectrum in family law. Ms. Joseph has a thirteen year old son on the autism spectrum, and has a lot of experience working with other families in divorce with special needs children both as a litigator and as a Guardian Ad Litem.

Ms. Joseph became a Certified Family Court Guardian Ad Litem in 1998 and has been practicing family law in Florida since 1994. She has been appointed over thirty plus times by the Broward County Circuit Court Judiciary to serve as a Family Court Guardian Ad Litem in contested custody cases. Ms. Joseph is also a family court mediator, and was trained in Parent Coordination.

The firm handles a variety of complex marital & family law, high asset complex financial litigation, use of experts, custody and divorce and related litigation, including domestic violence; paternity; temporary relief; alimony, child support and parenting plans, relocation, modification, enforcement, contempt, social investigations, guardian ad litem, psychological and substance abuse evaluations, supervised timesharing; shared vs ultimate vs sole parental responsibility for children's decisions; safety based parenting plans; supervised timesharing or exigent relief; exclusive use and possession of the marital home, temporary relief, infidelity, dissipation of assets, complex corporate divorce issues, child support; special needs children and divorce; monetary and domestic injunctions; and same sex divorce, as well as all other aspects of family law
