Ms. DeVito is a member of the firm’s Family Law Group with over twenty years of family law and litigation experience.

Ms. DeVito concentrates her practice exclusively in the area of domestic relations handling all issues related to divorce. This includes custody and parenting time disputes, property distribution and spousal support. More specifically, her practice includes guiding her clients through the entire divorce process, including settlement negotiations, mediation and trial, as well as friend of the court matters including determination and modification of child support and paternity issues. She has extensive experience handling complex marital estates involving the acquisition of significant assets, closely held business interests and real estate holdings.
