Biography

Kelly Caperton Fischer is a partner with Goranson Bain Ausley and respected family lawyer in Austin, Texas. In 2024, she was honored as Lawyer of the Year for Collaborative Law in Austin by Best Lawyers©, and she has received the Austin Top Attorney award from Austin Monthly Magazine for three consecutive years. Kelly is actively involved with the Texas Family Law Foundation, the Family Law Section of the Austin Bar Association, and Volunteer Legal Services. A native Texan raised in Austin, Kelly completed her undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University and earned her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law.
