Kelly Elswick-Hall is an accomplished attorney with a
diverse legal background that sets her apart among her peers. Since earning her
law degree from the University of Dayton in 1994, Kelly has demonstrated her

President's Award from the West Virginia Association for Justice in 2009. Her
peers have bestowed upon her an AV Preeminent Rating, representing the highest

the Legal Aid Society of Charleston for her pro bono work in providing legal
assistance to low-income clients.
Kelly's passion for advocating workers' rights is not

Throughout her career, Kelly has contributed to legal
publications, including the Women & the Law Handbook, where she served as a
contributor from 2003 to 2006. She has also been involved in numerous seminars
and classes related to workers' compensation and other legal matters.
Kelly's professional journey includes past positions at
Larry Rowe Attorneys at Law as a Partner from 2006 to 2007, and earlier as a
Partner at Venezia & Elswick Law Offices from 1996 to 2007.
Kelly's dedication to her clients and her community is
further reflected in her pro bono activities, having received the 100 Hour
Award from the West Virginia State Bar Pro Bono Project in 1998.
