Kelly Elswick-Hall is an accomplished attorney with a diverse legal background that sets her apart among her peers. Since earning her law degree from the University of Dayton in 1994, Kelly has demonstrated her expertise in various areas of the law, making her a valuable asset to her clients.

Kelly's practice is centered around representing injured workers and individuals with disabilities in a wide range of cases. Her areas of specialization include personal injury cases, chemical and toxic exposure cases, head injury cases, deliberate intent cases, products liability litigation, automobile crash injury cases, medical negligence cases, wrongful discharge cases, and multi-plaintiff litigation.

Kelly is deeply involved in the legal community and has served on several prestigious committees and boards. She is an active Governing Board member of the West Virginia Association for Justice and has contributed to the West Virginia State Bar's Committees.. Additionally, she has been a secretary of the West Virginia Workplace Injury Litigation Group and served as a Member and past Board of Governors for the West Virginia Trial Lawyers Her dedication extends to her role as one of the founding members of the West Virginia Women Attorneys, where she serves as a district representative.

Recognized for her outstanding commitment to protecting the rights of West Virginia workers and their families, Kelly received the President's Award from the West Virginia Association for Justice in 2009. Her peers have bestowed upon her an AV Preeminent Rating, representing the highest level of professional excellence. She has also been honored with awards from the Legal Aid Society of Charleston for her pro bono work in providing legal assistance to low-income clients.

Kelly's passion for advocating workers' rights is not limited to the courtroom. She devotes her time to lobbying at the state level, utilizing her experience to draft legislation and champion the cause of vulnerable workers.

Throughout her career, Kelly has contributed to legal publications, including the Women & the Law Handbook, where she served as a contributor from 2003 to 2006. She has also been involved in numerous seminars and classes related to workers' compensation and other legal matters.

Kelly's professional journey includes past positions at Larry Rowe Attorneys at Law as a Partner from 2006 to 2007, and earlier as a Partner at Venezia & Elswick Law Offices from 1996 to 2007.

Kelly's dedication to her clients and her community is further reflected in her pro bono activities, having received the 100 Hour Award from the West Virginia State Bar Pro Bono Project in 1998.

With her extensive experience, numerous accolades, and unwavering commitment to justice, Kelly Elswick-Hall continues to be a respected and influential figure in the legal field, advocating for the rights of those she represents and contributing to the advancement of the legal profession.
