Attorney Kelly Gaertner is a Senior Attorney at Nuzzo & Roberts, LLC. She obtained her B.A. from Rutgers University in 2000 in Political Science and Spanish, and she graduated cum laude from the Seton Hall School of Law in 2006. While in law school, Attorney Gaertner was a member of the Women's Law Forum and the International Law Society. She also participated in the Gressman Moot Court Competition and worked for the Immigration and Human Rights Clinic at Seton Hall's Center for Social Justice.
Attorney Gaertner served as a Legal Research Law Clerk for the Judges of the Connecticut Superior Court from August 2006 to August 2007 prior to joining Nuzzo & Roberts. She practices in the area of insurance defense. Specifically, Attorney Gaertner represents defendants in motor vehicle, premises liability, product liability and construction cases.
Attorney Gaertner is admitted to practice law in Connecticut in 2006, New York and the U.S. District Court of Connecticut in 2007. She is a member of the New Haven County Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association and the Connecticut Defense Lawyers Association.
