Kelly H. Stringer is an attorney at Maxey Wann, dedicated
to achieving the best outcomes for her clients. Known for her ability to seek
common ground, Kelly also brings a natural tenacity to litigation when needed.
Her practice focuses on healthcare litigation, where she represents long-term
care and skilled nursing facilities in medical malpractice cases and advises on
healthcare regulatory compliance. Kelly’s experience extends to labor and
employment law, where she has represented both individuals and businesses on
matters involving state and federal employment regulations. She also assists
businesses in administrative law matters and is certified as a Guardian Ad
Litem in Mississippi.
Kelly earned a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Southern Mississippi
and her J.D., cum laude, from Mississippi College School of Law. She was
recognized as a Feeder Scholar and admitted to the Order of Barristers. In
2018, she completed the Business Advantage Program for Professionals at
Millsaps College. Active in her community, Kelly participates in the
Mississippi Bar’s Young Lawyers Division, the Women in the Profession
Committee, and the Junior League of Jackson, and she is a 2017 graduate of the
