Kelly Michael Morgan

Columbus, Ohio, lawyer Kelly M. Morgan is the managing member of Morgan Law Offices, LLC.  Kelly is a graduate of Capital University Law School where he received his Juris Doctor degree, Magna Cum Laude, Order of the Curia, in 1977.  He received his Bachelor of  Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, in 1973.  While at Notre Dame, he was the recipient of the Haskins & Sells Award for Excellence in Accountancy. While attending law school, Kelly worked for an international accounting firm and completed his experience requirements to become licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Ohio.  Upon graduation from law school in 1977, Kelly was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio and chose to pursue a career in the private practice of law rather than public accounting.  With a strong business and tax background, Kelly initially focused his practice in the areas of business and estate planning.  A rapidly expanding family law practice emerged from the estate planning as Kelly became involved with individual clients and the needs of their families.  The satisfaction of working with individuals, the success in litigation, and an interest in medicine soon led to representation of clients injured by the tragic consequences of motor vehicle accidents and medical negligence.  Success in this arena has resulted in membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.  While pursuing the rights of injured parties, Kelly soon developed a relationship with three insurance companies where he has served as outside counsel representing policy holders in the defense of claims involving motor vehicles negligence as well as homeowner and commercial liability claims.  The opportunity to advocate for injured parties and to also defend parties who have inadvertently injured others has provided unique experience in handling catastrophic claims involving death and devastating injuries.  The privilege of working with families in these life changing events has led to an invaluable insight into the needs of clients and a sincere appreciation of the opportunity to be of service. Our mission at Morgan Law Offices, LLC, is to strive for the highest level of competence and ethics in serving the best interest of our clients.
