Biography

Kelly Schwab practices in all areas of family and matrimonial law including divorce, custody, child support, family offenses, and property and asset distribution. She is a zealous advocate and works tirelessly to attain favorable results for her clients.

Kelly has exclusively practiced family law since her admission to the New York State Bar in 2011. Prior to her transition to the private sector, Kelly worked as Assistant Corporation Counsel, Senior Counsel in the New York City Law Department, Family Court Division, where she investigated and prosecuted sexual offenses and domestic violence in Kings County Family Court. Kelly also worked for the New York City Administration for Children’s Services, where she was promoted to supervising attorney and represented the City in both child abuse and neglect matters. Because of Kelly’s extensive experience working in sensitive subject matter, she is skilled at counseling matrimonial clients through times of crisis.

Kelly is a member of the New York City Bar Association as well as the New York State Bar Association.
