Biography

Kelly Beattie maintains an active litigation practice in which he advocates for the cause of those who have been injured by the negligence of others, typically cases involving premises liability.

Mr. Beattie received his Bachelor Science in Finance from Iowa State University in 2006. Thereafter, he worked as an analyst and attended law school where he earned a Juris Doctor in 2012.

After graduation from law school, he worked as a Plaintiff's attorney involving mass tort, product liability, and medical malpractice, as well as a Defense attorney defending insurance companies in cases involving personal injury, misrepresentation, and fraud.

Since transitioning his practice to Morgan & Morgan's premises liability department, he uses the knowledge he gained representing the injured and large insurance companies to actively obtain the best results for his clients.
