Biography

Kelsey was born and raised in Washington State. She grew up in Gig Harbor, Washington and attended undergrad at Washington State University, receiving her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Political Science.During her undergraduate career, she completed an internship as a Juvenile Drug Court Intern at Kitsap County’s Juvenile Court. Kelsey received her Juris-Doctorate through Willamette University College of Law in 2020.

Kelsey’s legal experience in law school included working as a Law Clerk at the Oregon Department of Justice in the Child Advocacy Section as well as a Legal Intern at Willamette University’s Child and Family Advocacy Clinic. She furthered her litigation experience through Willamette University’s Moot Court Board and placed among the finalists in three separate competitions.

While Kelsey has primarily devoted her practice to family law, she also handles cases in criminal law, personal injury, and landlord-tenant law.
