Biography

Kendall B. Bargeman is a rising associate attorney within the personal injury and medical malpractice team at Marasco & Nesselbush. Kendall graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from North Carolina State University and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law at Chapel Hill. She is currently admitted to practice law in Rhode Island.

Prior to joining Marasco & Nesselbush, Kendall served as a legal intern for the Durham County Mental Health Diversion Program and as a legal extern with the Medicaid Investigations Division of the North Carolina Attorney General’s Office. She also dedicated her time to pro bono work with a Citizenship Clinic and an Expungement Clinic, where she helped individuals navigate complex legal processes and reclaim new opportunities for their futures.

It was through these experiences that Kendall developed a deep passion for advocacy. Kendall is dedicated to being a steady, reliable advocate for those whose lives have been upended by injury or hardship. She understands that behind every case is a person with a story, and she’s committed to guiding her clients through some of their most overwhelming moments with skill and empathy.
