Kenneth C. Foltz, Sr. advises business clients on a wide range of issues including complex real estate transactions spanning industrial, office, residential and residential developments, financing structures, and zoning and planning compliance.

Ken blends his real estate background with Leech Tishman’s Corporate practice in advising midsize to large companies on structures for growth and investment strategies, including crowdfunding platforms and strategies.

He is also a member of the Oil and Gas Group, providing a broad range of general counsel services – with a focus on the oil and gas industry. Ken utilizes his real estate background to assist with title issues/opinions and his corporate and government practice to provide sound business counsel.

He draws upon his government experience as the Economic Development Director for Congressman Doyle to also assist companies in resolving regulatory hurdles and identifying government contracting opportunities.

Ken is a former member of the firm’s Management Committee.
