Biography

Kenneth Brown has over forty years of experience in major law firm litigation, trial and appellate work, as well as federal government experience. Ken has successfully tried numerous jury and bench trials in federal and state courts in New York in addition to administrative proceedings before state agencies.Ken is an accomplished litigator who continues to handle a wide range of disputes, including high risk, complex civil litigation. Earlier in Ken’s career, he was a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice.Ken believes that client relationships are key and that litigation requires a partnership between the lawyer and client working to develop strategic action until its successful conclusion.
