Biography

Ken Wolfe is a Partner at Cooper Levenson and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He focuses his practice on commercial real estate, advising clients on the sale, purchase, leasing, and financing of properties, including complex transactions such as CMBS loans and defeasances.

In addition to traditional commercial real estate matters, Ken has significant experience with condominium and timeshare projects, guiding developers, investors, and property owners through every stage of development, financing, and regulatory compliance. His depth of knowledge and practical approach make him a trusted advisor for clients navigating complex real estate transactions.

Ken’s work has encompassed virtually every aspect of real estate law, both regionally and nationally. Ken represents a number of lending institutions as well as borrowers in a wide array of financing facilities.
