Biography

Kenneth E. Raynor, Esquire, has been practicing for over twenty-one years in the South Jersey area and has extensive experience in estate litigation, planning and administration. In the estate litigation field, Kenneth distinguishes himself by utilizing a full array of discovery techniques to develop the underlying legal claims while preventing the dissipation of disputed assets. In the estate planning context, Kenneth endeavors to build a relationship with his clients so that an estate plan can be tailored to their specific needs. Furthermore, he utilizes his knowledge and experience as an estate litigator to craft estate plans which attempt to reduce the potential for fraud, undue influence and other issues which can often arise as a result of improper planning.
