Kenneth Eade

Kenneth G. Eade has practiced law since 1980 and founded AMZ Sellers Attorney®

in 2017 to represent marketplace sellers, online brands, and digital publishers

against platform enforcement. He is a former seven-figure Amazon FBA seller and

has published on Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing since 2013, experience that

informs how the firm reads platform notices, contract terms, and reviewer

behavior.

He leads the firm's AAA and ICDR arbitration practice against Amazon under the

Business Solutions Agreement, representing sellers in claims for frozen funds,

withheld disbursements, reserves, denied reimbursements, lost and confiscated

FBA inventory, and post-termination payouts, and advancing Section 2

penalty-clause challenges to Amazon's withholding provisions under Washington

law. Documented seller-side outcomes include a $1.8 million ICDR Final Award in

June 2024.
