Biography

Attorney Ken Nolan has 39 years of experience practicing law, initially defending personal injury cases and, for the last 14 years, representing injured persons.

Attorney Nolan has succeeded in achieving numerous large settlements for clients who were injured in tractor-trailer accidents, car accidents, motorcycle accidents, road construction accidents, roadway defect accidents, pedestrian accidents and construction accidents. He also has experience in cases involving boating accidents, bicycle accidents, school bus accidents, product liability, premises defects, DUI, dog bites and attacks, slip and fall accidents, trip and fall accidents, municipalities, the state, and defamation. He has represented the estates of deceased persons in wrongful death matters, as well as accident victims who sustained orthopedic injuries, neurological injuries, internal injuries, concussions, traumatic brain injuries, spine injuries, severe burns, permanent scarring and disfigurement, and other catastrophic injuries.
