Kenneth "Ken" J. Sargoy

Ken Sargoy brings a unique perspective to the law, having started his professional life as a social worker in New York City after graduating from the New School for Social Research in 1971. That background in helping people directly eventually led him to California, where he transitioned into a highly successful legal career. While attending Whittier College School of Law, Ken didn’t just get his degree; he excelled, serving as the Notes and Comments Editor for the Law Review and earning the title of Outstanding Law Review Member. He even gained invaluable experience behind the bench as an extern for U.S. District Judge William P. Gray. Since co-founding his first firm in 1984, Ken has spent decades navigating the California legal landscape, including over twenty years at the prestigious, AV-rated firm Kollender & Sargoy. Today, he remains a seasoned advocate licensed in both state and federal courts. His career is a perfect blend of high-level academic achievement and the kind of practical wisdom that only comes from years of dedicated practice in the trenches.
