Biography

Kenneth Nakasone represents clients in a variety of litigation matters pertaining to construction, banking, personal injury, real estate, condominium, governmental procurement, and employment and labor litigation. This includes complex and class action lawsuits in state and federal court as well as investigations, audits, hearings and other proceedings before state and federal agencies.

Using his extensive and diverse legal experience, Mr. Nakasone also advises, trains and assists businesses and individuals in their compliance with Hawaii law including but not limited to our employment and labor, condominium, real estate and public utilities laws. Mr. Nakasone can help you draft and update your policies and procedures, contracts, leases and other documents to meet your needs while adhering to the most recent changes in the laws.

Community Involvement

Mr. Nakasone is involved in his community as a member of the Hawaii Democratic Party, the Hawaii United Okinawan Association, the Filipino Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii, the Society for Human Resource Management Hawaii Chapter, and as a Director and Past President of the Kiwanis Executive Club of Honolulu.
