Kenneth R. Spears

Kenneth Spears, Senior Managing Counsel at Spears & Gary, LLC, concentrates his practice in complex toxic tort litigation, property law, and employment law. He graduated from the LSU School of Law in 1972, and has 44 years of experience handling complex litigation. He has appeared before trial courts, mediators, and both state and federal appellate courts on a wide variety of matters, both large and small, for a wide variety of clients. He has also counseled plant managers, law enforcement agencies, oil companies, and chemical companies. He has tried numerous first chair jury trials in both state and federal courts, and is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Kenneth Spears has received an “AV Preeminent” attorney peer rating for the Highest Level of Professional Excellence by Martindale-Hubbell for 24 years and is a member of Litigation Counsel of America. He has also been named in the publication known as “Louisiana Super Lawyers” since its inaugural issue in 2007.
