Kenneth R. Werner

Kenneth R. Werner attended Yale University where he received a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in 1967. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania in 1973 and his L.L.M. in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law in 1983. His practice generally emphasizes all aspects of wills and estate planning, taxation, corporate and business law, and zoning and municipal law.
Mr. Werner is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and all Pennsylvania Trial and Appellate Courts. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, including its Litigation, Municipal, Small Firm and Tax Sections, and the Chester County Bar Association.
Mr. Werner served honorably with the U.S. Army. He lives in Exton.
Mr. Werner has acted as the Solicitor to the Zoning Hearing Boards of Honey Brook Township, Chester County, since 1978, Honey Brook Borough, Chester County, since 1980 and East Nantmeal Township, Chester County, since 1976. He also is the Solicitor to the Administrative Appeal Boards for both Honey Brook Township and East Nantmeal Township.
