Biography

Kenneth Saks has been practicing in San Antonio, Texas for nearly 28 years, representing small and mid size companies and individuals in the area of business, real estate and commercial litigation. Mr. Saks has an LL.M. in International Law and serves on the Texas Judicial Council for the State of Texas, an appointment by Gov. Greg Abbott. He also serves on the TJC Public Justice, Guardianship, Juvenile Justice, Guardianship, Mental Health, IDD Committees, Board of Trustees of St. Mary's University and many other organizations in San Antonio. Mr. Saks is also a fee attorney/escrow officer for Stewart Title Company.
