Biography

Keren Assaf is an associate in the firm’s Labour and Employment Law Department.

Keren advises local and international clients on a wide range of labour and employment law matters, including, recruitment, employment terms and conditions, HR policies, equal opportunities, prevention of sexual harassment, termination of employment and compensation / retirement packages.

Keren specialises in negotiating and drafting agreements, including: executive employment agreements, separation agreements, various compensation packages, confidentiality and non-competition agreements, and consultancy agreements;

Keren has extensive experience in advising clients on aspects of the legal requirements and customs in Israel in relation to employee relocation from Israel to abroad and vice versa, as well as, adapting international documents to Israeli law and best practice.

Keren has completed a mediation course of the Israel Bar Association.
