Kerri Matulis joined Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP in January 2025. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Matulis was a financial restructuring associate at Milbank LLP in New York City.

Background/Education

Ms. Matulis earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2023. During law school, she served as the Senior Notes Editor of the Cardozo Law Review. Ms. Matulis was also a legal intern in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, a judicial extern for the Honorable Debra Freeman, United States Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of New York, and a trial unit intern for the New York Regional Office of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Prior to law school, Ms. Matulis earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Russian, East European and Eurasian Studies from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Master of Arts in Regional Studies—Russia, Eurasia, and Eastern Europe from Columbia University.

Ms. Matulis is originally from Levittown, New York, and she currently lives in Albany with her husband.
