Biography

Kerri is an associate attorney at Carr Maloney P.C. Kerri focuses her practice on General Liability and Professional Liability, in addition to Complex Litigation that includes Construction Law.

Before entering private practice, Kerri served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Craig L. Wellerson, Civil Presiding Judge in Ocean County, New Jersey. As a law clerk, Kerri conducted extensive research on various civil issues and drafted several opinions related to complex commercial litigation in New Jersey’s Complex Business Litigation Program. During her clerkship, Kerri also gained mediation experience as a court-appointed mediator in landlord-tenant disputes.

Kerri earned her law degree from the Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey. Kerri graduated with a Health Law Concentration and participated in Seton Hall’s Health Justice Clinic. As a student attorney, she gained practical experience providing pro bono legal services to individuals needing representation in a variety of civil legal matters that addressed the social determinants of health. In addition to her time with the Health Justice Clinic, Kerri was also recognized for completing more than fifty hours of volunteer service through the Seton Hall Law School Center for Social Justice Pro Bono Program.
