Biography

Kerry Slade is the founder and Managing Partner of Slade Law Group. Licensed to practice law since 2008, she has litigated numerous cases in Pennsylvania and New York state and federal courts. Over her career, Kerry has reviewed and drafted hundreds of contracts, giving her the practical experience to help clients prevent legal problems before they start. Her MBA degree gives her an advanced understanding of business. Kerry's strengths are responsiveness, flexibility, writing, public speaking and cultural awareness.

• Formed LLCs and drafted operating agreements for businesses and rental property owners

• Negotiated business separation agreements between LLC members and partners

• Obtained legal name changes on behalf of transgender clients

• Prepared and recorded deeds to transfer properties tax-free, or file warranty deeds after Sheriff Sale
