Kevan I. Benkowitz

Kevan Benkowitz spent the first part of his law career defending multi-billion dollar retail and insurance companies. The unique knowledge and experience gained in representing these businesses has positioned Mr. Benkowitz to be an effective litigator and negotiator on behalf of individuals who are seeking recovery for injuries caused by one of these companies or their insureds. Mr. Benkowitz also has extensive trial experience, having tried numerous cases to a jury.
