Kevin A. Dowgiewicz is a Partner in The Law Offices of Frank F. Daily, P.A. Mr. Dowgiewicz focuses his practice on civil litigation, primarily on personal injury and property damage cases. Mr. Dowgiewicz graduated from Georgetown University in 2001 receiving his B.A. in Government. He received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2007 where he served as Executive Editor of the Intellectual Property Law Journal. Following law school, he served as the law clerk to the Hon. H. Patrick Stringer, Jr. in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. Mr. Dowgiewicz has spent several years in private practice specializing in insurance defense. Mr. Dowgiewicz is a member of Maryland Defense Counsel, Inc. and the Maryland State and Baltimore County Bar Associations. Mr. Dowgiewicz was selected as a Rising Star during 2013-2018 by Maryland Super Lawyers.
