Biography

Since 1995, I have represented individuals and businesses in regard to insurance issues, injury cases, fraud issues, and storm water cases. I have handled cases in state trial courts and federal courts throughout the State of Georgia, in the Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. I have a particular expertise in representing insurance agents and agencies. I provide educational services to the members of the Professional Insurance Agents of Georgia and teach loss prevention continuing education classes to agents. Areas of Expertise: Insurance Agent's Errors and Omissions, Insurance, Personal Injury, Products Liability, Elevator and Escalator Claims, Whistleblower, False Claims Act and Qui Tam claims, Employer-Employee Non-Compete issues, and Storm Water cases.
