Biography

Raised in Vancouver, Kevin received his law degree from Dalhousie Law School in 1984. After articling in Kamloops Kevin moved back to Vancouver and spent four years with the BC Crown Counsel’s office where he honed his trial skills and first met Graham Taylor.

Kevin has over 30 years of experience as a trial lawyer. In 1989 he began working in the area of personal injury law and has continued to develop his significant skills as a trial lawyer appearing successfully at all levels of B.C. Courts. He is also a skilled negotiator who has settled innumerable claims through direct negotiation or mediation without the need to go to trial.

In 1993 Kevin and Graham founded the law firm of Taylor & Blair LLP and have successfully represented thousands of injured clients and continue to do so.

Married with two children Kevin has been active in sports all his life, either playing or coaching numerous sports. He hikes, mountain bikes and continues to play ice hockey on two local teams.
