Biography

Kevin D. Poush is a trial and transactional attorney at Westford Law Group whose practice has focused on civil litigation, personal injury, landlord/tenant disputes, and premises liability. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration on Policy & Law from Cal State Long Beach. Mr. Poush also received his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School as part of the accelerated 2-year SCALE program.

While at Long Beach, he was a member of the highly regarded Moot Court team where he won several tournaments, and he continues to give back to his alum by acting as assistant coach to the current traveling team. While at Southwestern, Mr. Poush excelled as a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program and spent his externships with the District Attorney’s office, where he learned the intricacies of criminal law with the Major Narcotics unit in downtown Los Angeles and the Major Felonies division in Compton.
