Kevin Daniel Anderson

Kevin D. Anderson is the principal attorney at our law office. Kevin was born and raised in Skagit Valley, Washington. After starting his career working at a law office in the greater Seattle area, he founded the Law Office of Kevin D. Anderson in 2019 with the dream of helping people in the same community that he grew up in. While this drove the decision to locate his office in Mt. Vernon, Washington so he could better serve Skagit County and the surrounding areas, he is proud of the fact that his clients still come from all over the state (and some out of state too!) for his legal representation.

Kevin received his bachelor degree with honors from Central Washington University (2004) and his juris doctor degree from Gonzaga University School of Law (2009). While in law school Kevin was a member of numerous law associations and societies, to include the Gonzaga Journal of International Law where he held the position of Editor-in-Chief. Kevin is licensed to practice law in the State of Washington (2009). He is admitted in all state courts in Washington, the U.S. District Court - Western District of Washington, the U.S. District Court - Eastern District of Washington, and the U.S. Court of Appeal - Ninth Circuit. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, Skagit County Bar Association, and has been an Eagle member of the Washington State Association for Justice for over a decade. Kevin has also received the President's Award from the Snohomish County Bar Association in 2016 and has been a multi-year recipient of the "Top 40 Under 40 in Washington" which is awarded by The National Trial Lawyers.

When not working, Kevin is the consummate family man. He enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children. He relishes in the activities and beauty that the PNW has to offer and likes to get out on the salt water whenever he can!
