Mr. Rex is a Shareholder in our Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate, and Real Estate Practice Groups. He has over 15 years experience structuring, negotiating and otherwise handling complex transactions, working with clients to resolve shareholder and partnership disputes; facilitating partner buy-ins and buy-outs; and strategizing with clients on options and alternatives relating to difficult operational or financial decisions. Mr. Rex negotiates and handles buy-sell agreements and other business or corporate transactions for clients operating locally, nationally and globally.
