Mr. Thwing is an experienced attorney whose practice includes mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and reorganization, simple and complex estate planning, probate, succession planning for closely-held business entities, and tax planning. Kevin E. Thwing earned his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law, where he was the only member of his graduating class to receive Statements of Completion in Business Law, Estate Planning and Taxation. Mr. Thwing also received an LL.M. in Taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center, one of the nation’s highest ranked programs for the advanced study of tax law.

In his spare time, Mr. Thwing enjoys spending time with his sons and is an avid reader. He also admits, proudly, to being a fan of the Milwaukee Brewers. Prior to entering law school, he was a high school teacher in Wisconsin and Louisiana.
