Biography

Kevin G. Ferrigno practices in the fields of general corporate law and commercial real estate and is counsel to a broad client base, ranging from small, closely held businesses to large, publicly traded international companies. In building and maintaining relationships with his clients, he strives to develop an in-depth understanding of their businesses. Kevin takes a problem solving approach to providing responsive, practical legal service. He provides a wide range of legal counseling and transaction-related services including commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, financings and purchases, sales and leases of real property often involving complex environmental issues.
