Biography

Kevin Gick, founder of Gick Law, PLLC, brings over 16 years of experience in criminal and traffic law to his practice. He began his legal career as a state prosecutor in Roanoke County and Winchester, Virginia, where he honed his skills in criminal litigation. After six years as a prosecutor, Kevin transitioned to private practice, specializing in criminal and traffic defense at prominent local firms, including Frith Anderson + Peake and Frankl Miller Webb & Moyers. In January 2023, he established Gick Law, PLLC to focus exclusively on his passion for criminal and traffic law.

Fluent in Spanish, Kevin leverages his language skills to better serve a diverse client base. His international experiences include studying abroad in Spain, teaching English in Japan, and raising his children to be bilingual. Outside of his legal practice, Kevin resides in Roanoke, Virginia, with his wife Sara, their five children, and their black lab. He enjoys running, participating in Spartan Races, following La Liga soccer, and studying languages.
