Biography

Mr. Wylie was born in El Dorado, Arkansas. After graduating from Oklahoma State University (B.S., 1980) and the University of Tulsa (J.D., 1983), he was admitted to the Bar in 1983. Mr. Wylie's practice areas include Commercial Transactions and Litigation, Debtor-Creditor Rights, Bankruptcy, Real Estate Leasing, Landlord and Tenant, Lien Law and Commercial Finance and Lending. Mr. Wylie is the current managing shareholder of Eller and Detrich. He is a Member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, American Subcontractors Association, AMBUCS and Asbury United Methodist Church. He has been a member of the American Inns of Court and has served on the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce's Small Business Council. Mr. Wylie has lectured to numerous small business and entrepreneur groups on various contract, lease and debtor/creditor issues.
