Biography

Kevin J. Morris practices in the areas of commercial real estate, including real estate leasing, acquisitions, finance, development, and distressed loan workouts and foreclosures. His experience includes negotiating, documenting and consummating a variety of commercial real estate transactions, and advising businesses on Arizona liquor licensing requirements. He represents landlords and tenants in multi-state retail, industrial, and office (including medical office) leasing transactions, and lenders and borrowers in financing transactions. Kevin also has experience with foreclosures and receiverships. He also represents Indian tribes and non-Indian developers in real property transactions on Indian lands.
