Experience: Representative Matters: Representing owner of automobile valuation software in connection with nationwide class action lawsuits.; Representing credentialing association in series of federal antitrust lawsuits.; Representing facial recognition technology developer in connection with privacy and biometric class action lawsuits.; Represented American multinational technology company in contract dispute regarding stalled software implementation. After prevailing on partial summary judgment and defeating a cross-motion for summary judgment, negotiated a settlement.; Represented foreign private equity firm in complex fraud and breach of contract matter in Delaware Chancery Court.
