Kevin M. Gilligan is Of Counsel at Cosetllo, Cooney & Fearon. He began his career with the Firm in 1979.

In his practice, Kevin focuses primarily on municipal, zoning and land dispute matters, and environmental law. Kevin provides strategy and counsel to a variety of municipal clients and private developers, reviewing zoning applications, environmental guidance, and reviews, waste management issues – including spills – as well as advising on day-to-day matters like contract negotiation and execution, and drafting legislation.
