enforcement, prosecution, and justice advisory work. He has an impressive

& Investment Banking, Geo-Strategic Politics, and American Law &
Government from the City University of New York college system. He further
pursued his legal education and obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree from the
University of Cincinnati College of Law.
Mr. James began his career as a
prosecutor at the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office, where he served for over
a decade. During his time there, he held various positions, including Trial
Prosecutor and Investigative Attorney. He gained extensive experience in
handling complex high-profile felony criminal cases, such as narcotics
possession, fraud, cybercrimes, rape, homicides, armed robbery, criminal
possession of weapons, and unlawful use of force by police officers.
As Deputy Bureau Chief at the District
Attorney's Office, Mr. James not only prosecuted cases but also played a role
in training Assistant District Attorneys and Police Officers. He conducted
regular trainings for the New York City Police Department, contributing to the
professional development of law enforcement personnel.

United States, Mr. James has also been involved in academia as a lecturer and

police, and police officers. His exceptional performance led to his promotion
as the Regional Team Leader for the Eastern Region of Afghanistan. He also
co-chaired the Rule of Law Committee in the Eastern Region, working closely
with the United Nations Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA).
One of Mr. James's notable
achievements in Afghanistan was the creation, development, and training of
officers in Afghanistan's Major Crimes Task Force, which operated similarly to
the FBI. His expertise in undercover techniques contributed to the successful
capture of kidnapping gangs and the rescue of hostages. In recognition of his
outstanding work, Mr. James was awarded Afghanistan's Police Gold Medal.
Following his successful stint in Afghanistan,
Mr. James was later recruited and deployed to Liberia, West Africa, for another
two-year assignment as a Rule of Law U.S. Justice Advisor. His primary focus in
Liberia was combatting Sexual & Gender Based Violence (SGBV). He worked on
capacity building and training for various law enforcement personnel, including
judges, prosecutors, police officers, forensic nurses, and defense lawyers. His
efforts aimed to strengthen the response to SGBV cases and protect human rights
in Liberia.
Additionally, Mr. James has been
involved in numerous immigration cases from various countries around the world,
particularly Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Having lived in
different countries himself, he understands the challenges faced by immigrants
seeking to enter and reside in the United States, including those fleeing
persecution in their home countries.
