Biography

Kevin Lenihan is a senior associate attorney based in WSHB’s New Jersey office. He handles complex civil litigation and has extensive experience in various areas of law, including complex torts and casualty, construction, and real estate matters. Kevin approaches each case and client with skill and dedication.

Kevin is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law - Newark. While studying there, he served on the Executive Board of the Rutgers Business Law Review as the articles editor and as a research assistant for professors in Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance & Governance. Additionally, Kevin served as a judicial intern at the Superior Court of Morris County. He received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, in Business Management with a minor in Legal Studies from the Honors College of William Paterson University. During his undergraduate studies, he had the unique opportunity to study constitutional and criminal law at the University of Cambridge in England.
