Biography

I have been a trial lawyer for 40 years. I have represented parties in all types of cases, from medical negligence/personal injury to real estate/landlord-tenant. My practice is now predominantly divorce, legal separation, child custody and support, parentage, and other family law related matters. However, I continue to handle other types of actions such as real estate disputes, contract actions, collections, and other personal and business related issues. I also handle small business incorporations and management. I have served as Court Commissioner Pro Tem since 2009 and as Judge Pro Tem since 2005, in the Pierce County Superior Court, and I continue to do so. I have also officiated high school football and lacrosse for many years.
