Kevin Murphy

Kevin joined Pillinger Miller Tarallo as an associate in 2025. His practice primarily focuses on personal injury, automobile, and general liability matters. He represents insurers, corporations, and individuals in all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial preparation, and is committed to delivering efficient, strategic, and results-driven representation.Kevin earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Albany Law School in 2019. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Albany, SUNY in 2016. Following law school, he began his career as a Plaintiff’s personal injury attorney, representing plaintiffs in automobile accident and premises liability cases. This experience provided him with valuable insight into the plaintiff’s perspective and the nuances of personal injury litigation, which he now draws upon in his defense practice.

Kevin later joined the insurance defense field, where he handled complex toxic tort and general liability matters involving multi-party claims and significant exposure. His work includes case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, and settlement negotiations.

Kevin was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. He is currently admitted to practice in New York State.
