Biography

Kevin Murray is a member of the Labor & Employment Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Long Island office. He focuses his practice on representation of employers in various workplace matters such as counseling and prevention. Kevin’s employment litigation practice includes defending employers against single and multi-plaintiff claims of discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract, and wage and hour actions. Additionally, actions involving breach of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, misappropriation of confidential information, and related claims.

His practice also includes preventative advice and counseling on a broad range of employment issues including discrimination, employee discipline, and the development and implementation of personnel policies.
